Easy Mini Quiches – Made Easy

I don’t know about you, but I used to think of making mini quiches as a not so easy task. Sure it’s just small quiches, made in a muffin tray, and out of the oven in super fast time ready to be gobbled up by the family just as quickly. But the clean up time, oh my! Scrubbing the egg and pastry out of those muffin trays, NOT my idea of fun at all. Maybe this is just me, but it was a task and a half. But now, I have discovered something awesome, which means making mini quiches (one …

Instead of using 3″ squares like I did on mine, I used 5″ squares, and I made the final quilt size about half the size. It still measured big enough to be used as a lap quilt, and Jodi …

Nature Boys

During this year, I have had the pleasure of looking after my friends little boy, who is almost the same age as Eli. The boys get on so well together, being real boy boys. You know the usual, cars, trucks, play fighting, making lots of mess, getting themselves very messy, eating copious amounts of food, and of course playing outside. Playing outside is my favourite.
