I’m super behind with my blog!
I seriously contemplated just picking up from recent events, but I reminded myself how good this blog is going to be in years down the track, so here I am catching up with old blog posts that to me need to be posted, for memory sake. So, please bear with me while I fill my blog with a bunch of old pics over the course of this weekend. Yep, just this weekend, I am giving myself the deadline of getting it all done by Sunday night. I work well with deadlines.
First up, Australia Day. It was a great day out. We went out for a picnic lunch with friends, had a zillion kids between us, a couple of dogs and LOTS of laughs and good times.
The highlights for me were: The kids all interacting together, Eli being a watermelon hog, the kids splashing around in the stream, bubbles, cameras galore, using our new at the time lens (70-200mm f2.8), Megan’s lentil salad, and I felt pretty awesome in my size 12 boardies too hehe!
